Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item should include its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

  • The item must not show damage caused after delivery.

  • You must provide your order number and relevant information about the request.

Certain products or situations may not qualify for return where reasonable restrictions apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kronavian@gmail.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs or video showing the product and packaging

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Where the issue resulted from an error on our part, we will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

Exchanges

Where available, exchanges may be offered for eligible products. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
